Supplies:

- SHIRAZ Potato Filled Cigars (available in freezer section of supermarket)
- scallions
- mini tasting dishes
Directions:
- Fry or bake cigars according to the package directions.
- Cut scallions into very thin strips and tie around cigars.
- Fill dishes with dipping sauce and place diplomas on top.
