We know you’ve seen meat on a stick, chicken on a stick, salmon on a stick, cake on a stick and candy on a stick, but we bet you’ve never seen gefilte fish on a stick!
When you need a creative way to serve gefilte fish for Shabbos, Yom Tov or at a simcha, this Gefilte Fish Kabobs is different and creative.
You will need:

- fish balls, carrot slices
-
- fresh parsley
-
- dill dip
-
- diced colored peppers
Directions:

- Place fish balls and carrots on skewer,place on plate and garnish with parsley.

- Place dill dip in squeeze bottle and decorate plate-garnish with diced peppers.
Gefilte Fish Balls
You will need:

- home made gefilte fish batter or a frozen loaf of store bought fish, defrosted

- large carrots-sliced
Directions:

- Place fish batter in the bowl of your electric mixer.

- Beat on high for 15 minutes (this will make the mixture firm).

- Refrigerate batter overnight.

- Prepare the pot for cooking the way you normally cook your fish. (water,onion,carrot sugar, salt,pepper…)

- Roll fish into balls or oval shape (I used a small scoop to keep balls even) and place into the boiling water.Do not overcrowd the pot.

- Cook fish for 1 hour on medium flame. Allow to cool.

- Place fish in refrigerator.
